The student must be able to know and describe the nationalhealth service and, in particular, the regionalhealthsystem from the point of view of legalframingboth in relation to the organizational model (organs, functioning, control) and the public functionsexercised.

Constitutional, legislative and administrative profiles related to the organization and functioning of the public health service, also taking into account the increasing role of private health care providers in the provision of benefits.
