Learning objectives


The course aims to provide ample content in relation to the law of the European Union, public law institutions and administrative law in order to precisely define the profiles, structures, powers and responsibilities of public companies, with particular reference to those of the type health. The course also aims to provide an exhaustive picture of the regulatory (both diachronic and synchronous) situation of healthcare professionals, with particular reference to nursing and midwifery professionals.

Teaching methods


Frontal and participatory lessons. Classroom discussion with students. Applying theoretical lines to real cases and circumstances.

Assessment methods and criteria

Written exam. Student must demonstrate possession of the theoretical contents related to the individual teachings, as well as to make appropriate links between them. The student will also be required to demonstrate the ability to apply the theoretical lines learned from practical cases exited by the corporate health practice.
