Integrated course unit module: LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE MANAGEMENT ROLE

Learning objectives

The student has to come to the awareness that the evolution of regulatory contexts and corporate practice in the management of health professions has been a difficult path; They were not missed in the up and down years, crises and reformulations, took position and shone forward with awareness of a necessary and unstoppable change.
The ultimate goal of the course is to acquire a critical vision of the leadership role, which encompasses the many facets in terms of potentiality and complexity.

Course unit content

In order to reach the training objectives, the student will be guided to the critical study and analysis of all the regulations governing health care management. It will start from a historical-chronological perspective, to get to the analysis of the present and the life within the care directions, with particular regard to the figure of the care director himself. In particular, roles, skills, interconnections with other professional, managerial and non-professional figures, as well as the delicate balance in which this figure is to be found within the company's overall structure will be analyzed.
