The course aims to help the manager to be able to identify the causes that underlie conflicts in the workplace and to become The course provides conceptual knowledge from which practical skills will be experienced through interactive activities.

Teaching methods

The course includes interactive mode. Alongside a few moments of lectures to group work in the manner of experiential laboratory.

Assessment methods and criteria

Students can choose between two modes of frequency; this choice will determine in turn the evaluation mode.
a) Choice of free attendance ("traditional":. Class attendance is not mandatory. The final assessment is an oral examination (2 books).
b) Choice of continuous frequency. For students who choose this mode the final evaluation required the preparation of a paper on the subject and conditions agreed with the teacher.
