Integrated course unit module: COMMUNITY NURSING AND OBSTETRIC ASSISTANCE

Learning objectives

The course aims to provide students with the tools and theoretical concepts useful for the understanding of the fundamental elements characterizing the family health nursing - community, also to develop activities of analysis, design and evaluation of organizational models suited to different scenarios of health

Prerequisites

The examination of "Nursing and midwifery community," in which this form is incardinated, can only be taken after passing the "Health economics and business."

Course unit content

• conceptual framework for the discipline of nursing applied to the community, the role of the nurse in primary care: evolution and possible perspectives. The skills of the nurse in the family. The community nursing teams in the international literature.
• programming tools social health and regulatory framework for the redefinition and the development of health authorities.
• From the paradigm of medicine waiting to the paradigm of health care initiative: strategies and models of care in caring for people with chronic illnesses. Primary care and territorial structures. Professional integration and continuity of care: theoretical concepts and operational tools. The Case of Health
