Learning objectives

The content of the training activities, should be to achieve the professional skills through theoretical and practical training which includes the acquisition of behavioral skills and that it is achieved in the specific work context, so as to ensure, at the end of the course, the full mastery of all the necessary skills and their immediate marketability in the workplace.

We will deal with orthopedic and traumatologic diseases, and related surgical interventions and rehabilitation program as well as the professional conduct of the graduate

osteochondrosis
meta-epiphyseal or juvenile osteochondrosis Scoliosis (congenital scoliosis bone, scoliosis acquired, juvenile idiopathic scoliosis. Diagnosis, clinical features and principles of therapy). Osteoarthritis (overview, classification, pathology, clinical and radiographic findings. Spinal arthritis (osteoarthritis of the hip, knee osteoarthritis). (lumbago, sciatica, lombocruralgie, cervicobrachialgiaPrinciples of therapy). Generalities on primary tumors and metastatic.
General principles of traumatology (General of bruises, sprains, dislocations and fractures. Clinical signs of fracture, fracture epiphyseal and pituitary, capital femoral epiphysis fractures duration, pathological fractures. Recurrent dislocations or customary). - Processes of healing of a fracture. - Delay of consolidation and pseudoarthrosis; complications of fractures and dislocations. Major limb fractures and fractures vertebral medullary. Fractures of the femoral neck. The capsular ligament injuries of the knee and meniscal tears. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Dupuytren's disease - Osteoarthritis trapezium-metacarpal (or rizoartrosi). Deforming arthrosis hand. Finger to "click". Hand rheumatoid arthritis. Carpal scaphoid fractures. Tenosynovitis - tenovaginalite stenosing (M. De Quervain)
PRINCIPLES OF PHYSICAL MEDICINE AND REHABILITATION. Instrumental Physiotherapy: thermotherapy, endogenous hyperthermia, cryotherapy, electrotherapy, Tens, C.diadinamiche, laser therapy, magnetic therapy, ultrasound shock waves. Major rehabilitation methods: passive Kinesiology - assisted - active, occupational therapy, mechano, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, massage therapy. Rehabilitation programs in the chronic-degenerative and traumatic diseases of the musculoskeletal system.
