Learning objectives
The course aims to develop knowledge and understanding of the theories underlying the phenomenon of organizational management within companies, in particular in healthcare organizations, designed to adequately support skills and programming skills, administration, management and control, which may be invested in the management of health care facilities.
Prerequisites
The examination of "Health Management" can only be taken after passing exams "Health economics and business" and "Legal Aspects of the leading role."
Course unit content
The course aims to train managers for the health sector able to lead working groups and composites to manage complex situations, taking directional nature of organizational responsibilities in a dynamic environment typical of structures operating in the healthcare sector, reconciling the objectives of effectiveness, efficiency and economy.

Teaching methods
Lessons are characterized by the use of participatory technique, the case discussion in the classroom and group work.
Assessment methods and criteria
The learning will be assessed through a written and oral exam, aimed at verifying both the knowledge and understanding of the various disciplines that the ability to integrate knowledge themselves for the application in professional contexts. The student must show that it has acquired adequate knowledge and skills related to the principles and basic rules governing an employment relationship in Healthcare Organizations
