Learning objectives

Knowledge and understanding
At the end of the course the student knows the technical characteristics
of the exercises and training to improve strength and endurance sport
performace. The student will be also capable of processing assessment
test to determine the characteristics that have to be trained.
Applying knowledge and understanding
At the end of the course the student knows and uses the main training
methods for the different motor skills and to improve performance.
Making judgements
At the end of the course the student is able to choose and use the main
training methods, to increase sport performance, differentiating the load
based on individual performance for both the type of sport and according
to age and gender
Communication skills
the student must use technical terminology
Learning skills
the student must be able to summarize a brief technical text
