Learning objectives

The objectives to be pursued with the proposed program are to provide
students with basic knowledge, which are essential to be able to steer
you in legal matters with reference to the sector and introduce them to
the basic principles, the guidelines issued with the benefits and risks,
related to the main instruments legal economic and commercial activity.
The teaching helps the achievement of independence of judgment also
and the ability to interpret a law text.

Teaching methods

The modalities of the teaching are front lessons and a few seminars to
deepen some subjects that may interest the students attending the
course and the examination and interpretation of legal texts on the
subject.

Assessment methods and criteria

The check of the evaluation consists in the oral answer to some oral
questions on the parts covered by the program.
The test shall evaluate the knowledge acquired by the student on the
topics covered in the course and his ability to make connections between
them and to identify the most important elements and problems in these
t o p i c s .
The knowledge of the basic concepts and institutions treated as well as
the ability to make connections in the field are the criteria for the final
adeguate/sufficient assessment.
