Learning objectives

In this context, the course offers, thanks to the continued exercise of knowledge and understanding of the sociologicie and psychological dynamics of groups, application tools suitable for the direction and management of multi-professional team with the aim of optimizing results in a climate favorable organizational and favoring the free expression of the individual, in each other's roles, and at the same time, the harmonic interaction between them. The acquisition of these skills also aims exportability in the training and teaching, where it may be a high level of knowledge required for the management of study groups.

Course unit content

the issues addressed meander in a perspective that involves in the first instance the study of advanced topics related to the disciplines of psychology, sociology and inherent dynamics of groups. The aim is to achieve a kind of knowledge that has the characteristics of analyticity and exportability of the content learned. Advanced study in this area so important aims of the refining capacity of knowledge and understanding of the human being and the community of human beings, in the unfolding of its multi-faceted needs that the complex and fast-moving world of contemporary life makes it even more difficult to detect and dissect.

The learning will be assessed through a written and oral exam, aimed at verifying both the knowledge and understanding of the various disciplines that the ability to integrate knowledge themselves for the application in professional contexts
