Learning objectives

The student will be able to:
1. Knowledge and understanding (knowledge and
understanding): to know the theories related to the behavior of
individuals and groups in organizations.
2. Ability to apply knowledge and understanding (applying knowledge
and understanding): applying knowledge in professional contexts e
working and within the organizational roles covered.
3. Making judgments: knowing how to analyze cases e
problems related to the functioning of individuals and groups in
organizations.
4. Communication skills - knowing how to communicate
correctly and effectively with their interlocutors in contexts
organizational.

Prerequisites

Enrolled in the third year of the course.

Course unit content

The laboratory - basic course aims to deepen the study of the relationship between individuals and work activity and the relationship between individuals and the organization. The main theoretical approaches related to the study of work motivation, organizations, organizational socialization, team structures, and processes, and leadership will be examined.

Full programme

The workshop aims to investigate the following aspects related to the behavior of individuals and groups in organizations: concept of work and organizations, organizational structures, socialization processes; motivation and psychological contract; skills, selection, potential analysis, performance and their analysis and evaluation; structures and processes of work groups and teams.

Teaching methods

Interactive lessons that require the active participation of students: discussion on theoretical approaches and application of theoretical perspectives to concrete cases, discussion on practical cases, group exercises.
