Learning objectives

a. Knowledge and understanding (knowledge and
understanding): the laboratory is ideally divided into three parts: the part
legal
general sports law, as an "environmental" context in which
sports and e-sports corporations arise and operate; the part of the law of
sports and e-sports work, the corporate and management part of institutions
sports and e-sports.
b.Ability to apply knowledge and understanding
and understanding): at the end of the laboratory the students acquire

basic tools to operate, from a legal and ed. point of view
corporate management, in sports and e-sports corporations and related
areas.
c. Making judgments: with the laboratory
students
acquire the autonomy of judgment necessary to face and resolve problems

to relate within the organization and with other operators in the sector or with the end users of goods and services (athletes, businesses, consumers).

legal and corporate management evaluation of sports and
e-sports corporations.

Course unit content

The laboratory aims to introduce students to both the fundamentals
principles and the most important rules that govern sports corporations law, both the corporate and management aspects and the dynamics of
functioning of the same. Sports amd e-sports disciplines will be analysed.

Features of sports and e-sports labor law.
Features of the business and management aspects of sports and e-sports corporations.

During the laboratory
will be made available to students the
teaching materials.

Teaching methods

Lectures of a theoretical-practical nature and
seminars, carried out by teachers and experts, including international ones.
Acquisition of knowledge: frontal lessons.
Acquisition of the ability to apply knowledge: exercises.
Acquisition of independent judgment: students will be encouraged to
identify the solutions to the cases that will be presented during the
lessons.
Acquisition of learning skills: for each topic, yes
will start from the illustration of the phenomenon and yes
they will critically analyze the solutions from a practical perspective
to adopt.
Acquisition of technical language: will come during teaching
illustrated and applied the technical language of the legal and business and management sectors.

Assessment methods and criteria

At the end of the laboratory the students, organized into groups, will have to:
present work in class on practical aspects agreed with the teachers
of the various fields. Presentations can also be multidisciplinary. In case of positive evaluation of the presentations, students gain eligibility. There are no tests scheduled after the end of the laboratory.

Other information

During the laboratory, expert seminars may be organised on the
program topics.
