The aim of this course is to ensure that students become proficient in the understanding and practical application of the principles of applied behaviour analysis with particular regard to children with disabilities

Course unit content
The course will touch the topic of behaviour analysis with regard to children with disabilities and the training of educators working in this field.
Full programme
The content of this course focuses on behavioural theory. Course Content: to conduct functional behavioural assessments, implement and design behaviour support plans or learning/skill acquisition programmes, and analyse and display data to make informed decisions around intervention and learning needs, educators training.

Teaching methods
Lectures and group works. Case analysis.
Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination by open questions and case analysis. The written examination consists of questions designed to assess the knowledge and the ability to apply it to the real life.
Each answer is assigned a score from 15 to 30 and praise. The final vote is the average of the votes for the 4 questions.
