Learning objectives

- Knowledge and understanding skills: to know the main operations of company management process, knowing your tasks within the company function, to identify the level of criticality and potential to develop of a virtual enterprise;
- Knowledge and understanding skills applied: to be able to manage the information business system and accounting especially; to be able to apply the theoretical issues of business administration disciplines to a virtual enterprise; to realize a new knowledge for company management;

- decision-making making the decisions relevant to your own activity and taking responsibility for the choices made;

- Autonomy: doing your own work taking advantage of the knowledge and competences acquired; problem solving

- Team working: sharing your own work with others students, to collaborate in common projects, unified vision of company management;
- - Communication skills: being able to deal with others on a professional level, completing reports and summaries of the work done, using ICT tools to inform about the projects;:

- Learning skills: to identify your own mistakes to enhance your own performance; to assess your own actions; to achieve the skills established; to be able to change behaviour and performances based on the context in which one is working

Course unit content

The Virtual Enterprise Course aims to develop a direct knowledge of the enterprise by means of a faithful reproduction of their way of working in aspects like management, administration, and organization. Its goal is to engage students in learning and strengthening knowledge achieved during business studies, to move from exclusively theoretical learning to a concrete and proactive approach.

The course includes the following fields:
- From the business idea to a virtual enterprise start-up

-The incorporation process;
- business management: accounting, financial, marketing, management and administration human resources, budgetary control;
- financial statement and income tax return
