Learning objectives
The course in commercial law aims to illustrate to students the concepts and discipline of the individual and collective. The course will be devoted primarily examined by the positive law specifying and analyzing, in addition to the content, the rationale of the different institutions. Further details will be dedicated to the discipline of listed companies, in close connection with and complementary to the Course of Law Financial Markets. During the lessons are finally exposed and examined legislative news and the latest jurisprudential and doctrinal matters covered in the course. In order to enable understanding of the issues of commercial law in the economic and social, will be exposed and dealt with some case studies, drawn from business newspapers, as well as magazines and legal directories.
Prerequisites
Fundamentals of private law and contracts.

Business law and society, with particular attention to the corporations.

Law firm: the entrepreneur, the categories of entrepreneurs, the status of commercial enterprise, the company, distinguishing marks, intellectual and industrial inventions, the discipline of competition, consortia of employers, the geie, the joint ventures, the company contracts.
Company law: companies in general, the simple company and general partnership, the limited partnership, the corporation: shares, equity investments, corporate groups, corporate bodies, external controls, corporate books and financial statements, amendments to the articles of incorporation, bonds, limited liability company, company limited by shares, cooperative societies and mutual insurance companies, the extraordinary transformation, mergers and divisions, groups company, the dissolution of the corporation.
