Planning of works and deadlines for implementation of initiatives
The quality assurance of the Study Programme consists in the implementation of the QA model proposed and coordinated by the University Quality Presidium and in the planning and implementation of corrective actions whose effectiveness is evaluated annually with the analysis of the performance of the indicators in the SMA Annual Monitoring Sheet and, in depth, periodically in the cyclical review report.
The corrective actions under the control of the Department and/or the Study Programme are planned according to the organizational and management methods provided for in the quality assurance plan of the course of study and are coordinated and monitored by the Quality Manager (RAQ).
The Study Programme appoints an Internal Review Group (RPG) whose activities are structured as follows:
- annually elaborates the Annual Monitoring Sheet for the following academic year;
- annually elaborates the SUA-CdS relating to the following academic year;
- periodically verifies the state of implementation of the improvement interventions proposed in the Cyclical Review Report and evaluates the overall performance of students' careers, based on the data provided by ANVUR.
The general planning of AQ activities leads to daily contact activities with student representatives, tutors, teachers and staff of the teaching secretariat and central offices. In correspondence with the deadlines for documents or fulfilments (review, SUA card, beginning and end of semesters, exam and graduation sessions) the activities intensify and concretize in the drafting of texts or in the collection of information.
The ways and times with which the responsibilities of the management of the Study Programme are exercised are explained in the document "Quality Assurance Management System of the Study Courses belonging to the Department of Food and Drug Sciences"
