Career guidance is aimed at undergraduates and graduates and promotes the matching of job supply and demand through integrated actions with public and private bodies. The service organises meetings/visits with companies and professional organisations, in order to illustrate to undergraduates/graduates the characteristics of the individual realities in order to increase knowledge useful for entering the world of work and to provide students with suggestions for better planning of their career path.
The departmental contact person also ensures that UNIPR's initiatives are adequately publicised by implementing the work orientation and job-placement activities carried out by the University, which aims to guide graduates in their entry into the world of work by promoting meetings: from searching for the right opportunity to preparing a CV, from managing a job interview to developing the most effective organisational behaviour within a company.
The contact person also organises postgraduate orientation seminars/webinars with experts from external companies or professors/instructors from the University of Parma.

CALL FOR PILOT PROJECT "TRANSITION FARM" - TRAINING AND APPRENTICESHIP PATHWAY
"Transition Farm", the pilot project conceived by the "Parma, io ci sto!" Association in collaboration with Nativa Regenerative Design Company, the support of Cisita Parma and with the involvement of the University of Parma, the Unione Parmense degli Industriali and the Gruppo Imprese Artigiane, will start in spring.
The initiative was created with the aim of promoting a new model for the Parma area, which could be successful for the subsequent 'full-scale edition' of the project and trigger a virtuous circle of involvement of young people and local entrepreneurial realities, in a perspective of continuous improvement.
