Student tutors

The University offers its students a tutoring service, aimed at guiding and assisting students throughout their course of study.

Tutoring is carried out by Degree Course professors and students identified through annual call for applications published on the Department website.

Student tutor

The student tutor is an experienced student or doctoral or postgraduate student who puts his or her practical experience at the service of those in need.

The purpose of tutoring is to guide and assist students throughout their studies, to make them active participants in the educational process, to remove obstacles to successful course attendance, including through initiatives tailored to the needs, aptitudes and requirements of individuals.

In particular, he/she is responsible for:

  • welcoming new students
  • assisting with the compilation of programmes of study
  • advising on course catalogue (curriculum, preparatory course units, examinations)
  • helping with the organisation of study and examinations
  • supplementary didactic activities, support in finding information on international mobility and curricular internships
  • relations with the administrative services

Office Hours: Tuesday 02:00 p.m. to 04:00 p.m., by appointment to be agreed by e-mail
