The employment areas of the graduates are:

- Food industry, in particular related to the functions of head of research and development, innovation manager,  and food safety communication manager;

  - Industries producing ingredients, food additives, auxiliary materials, machines and plants for the food industry, with particular reference to the research and development function;

  - Public and private research bodies in the field of food safety;

  - National and international control bodies and regulators on food safety;

The graduate in Food Safety and Food Risk Management will also be able to have an expert role in the dissemination concerning food safety and food risk.
