Organisation and responsibility for Course QA
In line with the University's actions to ensure the quality of teaching and hubs, the course is committed to continuous improvement.
The areas of intervention of the degree Course concern:
- the design of training content and the planning of resources;
- the organisation of training activities and teaching services;
- the collection of data and information, including through discussions with students and representatives of the world of work;
- the monitoring of the effectiveness of the training course and the planning of measures to improve teaching and services
The Degree Course makes available on its website, to all interested parties, complete and up-to-date information on the training project (professional profiles trained, expected learning outcomes, training activities), the resources used and the teaching services and results achieved.
This information is also published on the Universitaly Portal of the MUR and in the Single Annual Study Course Report Card (SUA-CdS).
The Quality Organs are the President of the Course Board, the Course Board (consisting of the official professors of the subjects related to the course and a student representation equal to 20% of the other members), the Quality Assurance Manager (RAQ) who has the functions of monitoring and verifying the correct implementation of the improvement actions approved by the Board.
In addition, a Review Group (RG) is identified within each Degree Course, which is responsible for drafting the annual and cyclical Review Report and identifying improvement actions, noting:
- the data on the results of the teaching activities of the degree course;
- the opinion records of students, graduates, teaching staff and the organisations and companies where students undertake internships or traineeships;
- the implementation of the teaching quality objectives defined by the governing bodies;
- the verification of the effectiveness of the improvement measures adopted previously.
The RG consists of: Course President, RAQ, one student (designated by the student representatives elected in the student council); two other teaching staff members; the Education Manager, responsible for the didactic quality service, who supports teaching, the definition of the course catalogue, manages the front office with students as far as he/she is concerned.
