Application for graduation and forms

Submission of the application for graduation and thesis delivery is exclusively online.

Please read the instructions below carefully:

  • Instructions (MOD. A15/3/IND-UM) for humanities courses
  • Authorisation (MOD. A50) of the supervisor (in duplicate), filled in in every part and legibly, especially as regards the name of the supervisor and any rapporteur - N.B. form that can be filled in with Acrobat Reader, downloaded and using the "Fill in and sign" function
