Learning objectives
The internship is a statutory instrument that allows the student to:
1. to enter a real work experience;
2. to test his/her skills;
3. to drive his/her career choices;
4. to gain practical experience that will improve his/her curriculum;
and allows the trainee host:
1. to know potential partners to be included in future in its own staff;
2. to train specifically to host needs.
The relationship established between the host and the trainee is not an employment relationship and thus does give rise to any wage or benefit obligations and does not require the company to emply the trainee after the experience. During the internship a specific insurance will cover the trainee and the participation is free of any charge for the trainee.
Each internship is supported by an individual project included in the agreement that the host must subscribe. During the project, the trainee is constantly followed by a tutor for the host and a tutor of the promoter.
