Learning objectives
The goal of the course is to provide the student with basic knowledge on architectures and protocols for communication networks. The course will also give an overview of the main issues related to the transmission and reception of audio and video contents through a communication network. At the end of the course, the student will be able to apply the acquired knowledge in order to analyze and design architectures and protocols of a communication network for the transmission and reception of multimedia content.
Prerequisites
No previous knowledge is required.
