Learning objectives

To get competences re: theatre criticism,
performance criticism,
festival criticism

Prerequisites

None. It is necessary the pesence to the classes and also the to involve with at least 5 plays among the many scheduled by the three festivals

Course unit content

NARRATING THE FESTIVALS
A project of applied didactic, concering the analysis of plays and performances and the writing for reportage of cultural practices (theatre festivals).

The theatre festivals concerned are: Insolito Festival (MicroMacro, Parma, 25 august - 29 october) Vie Festival (ERT, Modena-Bologna, 7-16 october), and L’altra scena (Teatro Gioco Vita, Piacenza, 30 settembre - 14 october).
