Learning objectives

The student will acquire the fundamentals of the main aspects of individual and public transport in urban areas, with particular attention to sustainable mobility.
During the course, the student will learn the basic elements of the design of street infrastructures for urban mobility.

Fundamentals of transportation engineering in the urban environment, with emphasis on the principles of sustainable mobility.
Definition and classification of the main public and individual transport systems.
Design of infrastructure systems serving urban mobility.
