Learning objectives
a. Knowledge and understanding: the student will consolidate knowledge of the ethical, organizational, and reporting fundamentals of sustainable businesses.
b. Ability to apply knowledge and understanding: the student will be able to analyze cases of sustainable enterprises through the different dimensions of business analysis
c. Autonomy of judgment (making judgements): the student will be able to evaluate the documentation produced by sustainable enterprises directed to stakeholders
d. Communication skills: at the end of the course, students will have acquired the ability to analyze issues related to sustainability and the ability to express themselves in an appropriate language to discuss the topics covered in the workshop.
e. Learning skills: at the end of the course, the student will be able to recognize the impacts of sustainable enterprises and evaluate the different action plans on which they can be expressed, including issues of reporting.

Course unit content
The contents of the LAB are focused on the characteristics and business model of the so-called "sustainable" companies; in particular, the attention is concentrated on B-corp and Benefit corporation. It also deals with issues of sustainability reporting.

Teaching methods
Knowledge and understanding (a) and Ability to apply knowledge and understanding (b) will be achieved through face-to-face lectures. Autonomy of judgment (c), communication skills (d) and ability to learn (d), through individual project work to be handed in at the end of the Lab.
Assessment methods and criteria
The achievement of the above educational objectives will be verified through the development of individual work and participation during the lessons.
