The lecture series explains the basic notions in relation to the medical-legal aspects of the Medical Radiology Technician with the analysis, in their legal and medical-legal meaning, of subjects closely related to the exercise of the profession, such as the correct compilation of health documentation, consent informed to treatment, to present and explore the complex issue of health professional responsibility

Elementary principles of Law. Judiciary. Causality. Imputability and Criminal responsibility. The constituent elements of offense. Life and Health offense. Civil Liability and personal injury. Medical activity documentation: medical files and certification. Privacy and respet for personal information. Failure to provide assistance. Default of official acts. Material and ideological falsehood. Unauthorized practice. Professional responsability, informed consent
