GENERAL CONTENTS
The protection of the environment: a legal perspective.
Sources, functions, organization and procedures.
Rights, damages and compensation in environmental law.

SECOND PART
Legislative and administrative functions.
Environmental impact assessment.

The principle of sustainable development. The protection of the environment within the internal market.
The protection of the environment within city plans.
Water, renewabe energies, pollution and climate change.
