Learning objectives
The Module of Safety Regulations in the Study and Work Environment aims to provide the students with knowledge of the regulation on safety and risk prevention for public health environment workers as employers, managers and operators.
A further goal of the Module is to favour the ability to apply the acquired knowledge in the identification of risk factors for chemical, physical, biological and behavioural agents.

Occupational Medicine in the regulation system of Prevention and Safety in working environments;
European and National regulations for Safety and Prevention in working environments;
Responsibilities of employers, managers, workers;
Work risks in public health;
Presence of chemical agents, safety sheets, labelling; Risk evaluation, prevention of accidents and occupational diseases; procedures and tools for personal and environmental protection;
Presence of physical agents, risk evaluation, prevention and protection;
Presence of biological agents, risk evaluation, prevention and protection.
Ergonomic and behavioural risk, evaluation and prevention.

Assessment methods and criteria
The achievement of the objectives of the Module will be assessed through a final check at the end of the training sessions, which will be performed by administering a multiple choice questionnaire.
Students will be given 30 questions with four possible answers to each question, of which only one right.
To pass the final check, it is necessary to correctly answer at least 18 questions.
The evaluation will consist in an idoneity.
