OBSERVATION as a tool of communication and the assessment of the person to care (4 hours of laboratory observation to exercise the vision and the discovery of the data)
OBSERVATION AND DETECTION: observation of the assisted and the family context, communication style, Any greater sociological data, in care situations (input in structure [outpatient, clinic, department, RSA, day hospital, etc ...... ] under ordinary or urgent)
