Corso di Food science - Università degli Studi di Parma
The PhD Course in Food Science, offered by the Department of Food and Drug of the University of Parma, aims to train highly competent professionals, capable of facing current and future challenges in the agri-food sector by offering a training plan designed in line with the Next Generation EU strategy.
The highly specialized skills are supported by a specific training program in the fields of circular bioeconomy, sustainable and precision agriculture and innovative and sustainable production, complemented by transversal skills to support innovation, the use of big data and artificial intelligence methodologies.
