Learning objectives
The course aims to achieve the following objectives:
a. Knowledge and understanding. The course aims to provide the main interpretative keys relating to food sustainability and resilience with a focus on food security from the point of view of demand, supply, distribution and related policies at global, European, national and local level.
b. Ability to apply knowledge and understanding. Students will develop a skill in critical analysis of policies and the tools at the disposition.
c. Judgment autonomy. Students will develop a critical sense in judging the conditions of sustainability also considering the different contexts of the countries.
d. Communication skills. Development of relationship and communication skills in relations with stakeholders
d. Ability to learn. The study methods provided include moments of frontal lessons, group work, individual analysis, discussion of the topics covered in class.
