Learning objectives

Introducing the study of the fundamental principles of labour law, studying and analyzing the regulations on employment, with particular reference to employment in public hospital

Prerequisites

The examination of "Health Management" can only be taken after passing exams "Health economics and business" and "Legal Aspects of the leading role."

Source of labour law – The employment relationship – Rights and duties of the workers and the powers and obligations of the employer – The ratio of self employment and flexible form of employment – The law and contracts of employments in the NHS
