At the end of the course the student will have developed, through reflection and discussion with teachers and other students, some tools that may be useful for managing relationships within multiprofessional teams.

Course unit content
Contents related to the large topic of "Interprofessional Relationships" in health care.
Full programme
The topics will be: the conflicts that characterize the relationships and some strategies for handling them; the relationship that may occur between some context and organizational variables and interprofessional relations;code of ethics ; the self and the professional identity. Finally, a reflection will be proposed on the problems that can arise in a group where "diversity" is represented by differences determined by belonging to different cultures.

Teaching methods
Students are divided into 5 groups (A, B, C, D, E) to about 30 people. 5 days of laboratory are envisaged, of 4 hours each one In each one of the 5 planned day each group faces, in turn, a different subject at the presence of experts in psycho-pedo-sociological -area.Teaching methodology: individual work or in small groups and plenary discussion with connection to the training experience. Case simulation Didactic materials: use of slides, videos, internet resources. Specific tasks and proposals for pratical cases to work on.
Assessment methods and criteria
Active participation of the student, production of papers through work in small groups, discussion of the topics covered during the "Tirocinio 3°" exam
