Graduation Sessions and Deadlines

A.Y. 2021/2022

June graduation session

Graduation session date: 13 June 2022 at 14:30.
Online application deadline: 13 May 2022.
Deadline for recording exam marks: 10 working days before the graduation session.
Deadline for dissertation upload in ESSE3: 10 working days before the graduation session.

July graduation session

Date of graduation session: 21 July 2022 at 09:00 a.m.
Online application period: 21 June 2022.
Deadline for recording exam marks: 10 working days before the graduation session.
Deadline for dissertation upload in ESSE3: 10 working days before the graduation session.

September graduation session

Graduation session date: 22 September 2022 at 14:30.
Online application period: 22 August 2022.
Deadline for recording exam marks: 10 working days before the graduation session.
Deadline for dissertation upload in ESSE3: 10 working days before the graduation session.

Applying for graduation and forms

Applications for graduation can only be submitted online.
The application for admission to the degree examination can only be made online, strictly within 30 days of the date of the graduation session.

Documents to be submitted to the Academic Office

The student wishing to enrol in the graduation session must receive prior approval from the dissertation supervisor, who must sign form A50, made out in the name of the Director, and fill it in and; it will then be the responsibility of the graduating student to deliver it to the Academic Office of the Maths and Computer Science Complex.
The application for admission to the degree examination can only be made online, strictly within 30 days of the date of the graduation session.

Documents to be delivered to the Maths Complex at least fifteen days before the date of the graduation session:
the student must deliver to the Maths Complex a copy signed by him/her and countersigned by the dissertation supervisor. The copy will be made available to the Committee and, once the graduation session is over, returned to the candidate.
