The advising and tutoring activities support students in their choice of university and throughout their studies.

The delegate organises and promotes initiatives aimed at helping graduating students and graduates enter the world of work.
The course contact person for the vulnerable groups works in close collaboration with CAI (Welcome and Inclusion University Centre) on the reception, assistance, social integration and rights of people with disabilities, Specific Learning Difficulties and Special Educational Needs.
The Steering Committee supports the institutional bodies of the courses in the evaluation, modification and improvement of the course catalogue. The Steering Committee is made up of representatives of the Department's teaching staff and representatives of the world of work, culture and research representing the stakeholders. Single Annual Degree Course Report (SUA) is a management tool for the design, implementation, self-assessment and re-design of the course.
Single Annual Degree Course Report can be viewed on the ministerial website UNIVERSITALY.
Each department establishes a Joint Committee of Teachers and Students (CPDS) consisting of one lecturer and one student from each course of study pertaining to the department.
The CPDS is a permanent observatory on teaching activities.
