Course unit content

The first lessons illustrate the study of auditory function, subjective and objective. The liminal tonal audiometry is the first part, which is crucial for the classification of hearing loss. The research methods of the auditory threshold, masking the contralateral ear and proof of Weber are an integral part of the audiometric test. The techniques of tonal audiometry supraliminal are essential for understanding the recruitment and auditory fatigue (Fowler, SISI, Luscher, Carhart). The second part of the lesson deals with the impedance analysis, technical objective, in his chapters of tympanometry, stapedial reflex, Study of tubal function.
