Learning objectives
TACC is an entrepreneurship orientation project and, at the same time, a training programme, unique in the Italian academic panorama, dedicated to those who want to understand, study and, above all, try their hand at entrepreneurship and innovation in the automotive sector. The aim of the project is to put multidisciplinary and heterogeneous teams of students to work on the development of their own business idea, supported by a faculty of lecturers, mentors, experts and professionals to respond to market needs with their own start-up project.
Prerequisites
For the selection of participants in the TACC project, a Selection Committee will be set up, in which entrepreneurs, HR managers, lecturers, experts, company contact persons will participate
Course unit content
Output of the whole project (at the end of both phases TACC 1 and TACC 2) will be a Business Project including the company business model, business plan, potential market and company organisation, which participants will have to develop under the supervision and support of the company contact persons, Faculty and assigned Mentors.
Participants will work at UNIMORE's premises, at Fondazione Brodolini (Laboratorio Aperto Modena) and Fondazione Marco Biagi, supported by Mentors; participants will visit companies and take part in meetings that will provide them with teachings, tools and "lateral stimuli".
At the end of the project, the partners and promoters of the initiative will be able to decide autonomously and unquestionably whether to invest (methods, timing, resources, at their discretion) in the business creation projects developed by the students.

Assessment methods and criteria
At the end of TACC 1, the student teams created during this first phase will present to the
Commission - composed of lecturers, managers representing partner companies, entrepreneurs and
experts, their business ideas, in a real pitch session. The
The best business ideas, in the final judgement of the Commission, will advance to the second phase. At
end of TACC 2 the participants will discuss with the Commission the Project Work and Business
Business Case, presenting their business project.
