Advanced control techniques for synchronous and asynchronous machines; digital implementation of electric drives: optimization of control algorithms for floating-point and fixed-point ALUs; reading and conditioning of sensors; advanced elements of power electronic converters for electric drives; practical implementation of a digital control for electric drives based on a DSP or microcontroller.
