Course unit content
The supervision and control activities accordiing to the resolution of the coucil of Emilia Romagna n. 200/2013, using the quality method. Descritionn of the tools: manual, check list. , what are the areas investigation: authorization title, structurre, plant engineering, personel, pest control, processes - products end equipment, cleaning and sanitizing, self-monitoring procedures. Public health inspections; identification of sources of risk end documents
