Learning objectives
The course aims at providing students with knowledge about the concepts of health, risk factor and lifestyle;
concept of nutrition and hydrology and sport therapy, as well as psychological aspects that influence and are influenced by physical activity, ie health from a social point of view.
Aims of the course are also to acquire autonomy of judgment and
ability to read and interpret scientific literature in the field; to acquire communication skills in technical situations; to acquire skills
ability to summarize a short technical text.
Prerequisites
General knowledge of biochemistry, physiology and human anatomy.
