Learning objectives
The course consists of an in-depth analysis of the issues of sports to enable a better understanding and knowledge of some of the institutes of private law related to this subject. The course allows the student to acquire the appropriate terminology. It is intended to allow the student to understand the main judgements in this discipline and to facilitate the retrieval of regulatory material

General concepts concerning individuals and entities, sports law across different skills, Law n. 104 oh 1992; Sports contracts (Merchandising and Sponsorship), and responsability for illegal acts in the sports sector.

Bibliography
The general part of the course can be studied from an up-to-date manual on private law institutions, chosen by the students. While for the part related to sports law the material will be made available to the students during the lectures.
Teaching methods
The course will consist of lectures.
Lessons are characterized by the use of slides and classroom discussion.
Assessment methods and criteria
The achivement of all the educational objectives will bee assessed through a test with multiple choice questions and an oral exam which will evaluate the student’s understanding and Knowledge of the course components.
