Learning objectives
The course aims to provide basic training in Administrative Law and social services to students, as operators of social services, will have daily contact with public administrations.
The course therefore aims to provide students with the knowledge of the basic elements of matter, so that, as future social workers to be able to relate to Public Entities and private individuals.

Course unit content
The course aims to provide students with not only the basics of administrative law, for instance in relation to proceedings and the administrative decision and the right to access, even notions as to the law on protection of personal data and to provide notions as to the relationship of public employment.
In the second part of the course will delve into the various aspects of public social services and how they are structured within our legal system, with particular reference to the protection of health, family, children and the disabled.Annulla modificheAlpha

Teaching methods
