Learning objectives
To acquire knowledge regarding the main components of the presented conceptual framework.
To be able to analyze critically the mainstream regarding both the practice and the politicies.
Course unit content
First section
Critical analysis of different definitions of competence.
Introduction of the concept of “scholastic competence”.
Introduction to the rationale didactics.
Second section
Critical analysis of different definitions of "mimesis".
Presentation of an in-service trainig model based on the concept of "mimesis".
Presentation of a case study of application of this model.
Third section
Analysis of the definition of bullying.
Presentation of the psichological characteristics of bully and victim.
Analysis of the main characteristics of bullying prevention programs.

Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment of learning outcomes will be conducted through a test. The grades will be assigned by comparing the individual's test schore with a norm.
Possible oral exam.
