Learning objectives

Knowledge and understanding, making judgements, communication skills, learning skills, design skills.
Provide students the ability to evaluate the performance of the components of a conditioning system. Design heating and cooling systems. Electric plants.

Prerequisites

Heat transfer. Building thermophysics.
Principles of electrodynamics.

Course unit content

Heating and cooling plants, air conditioning in buildings, electric plants.
