The course deals with the legal aspects of family relations and successions, also in regard to the private international law.

Formation of Legal Marriage; The Law of the ongoing family; Economic Relations between Spouses; Divorce; The Legal Effects of Marriage Termination; Informal Family Relations; Child custody; Property, Alimony and Child Support Awards; Successions and will; Private international law.<br />
