Here you will find all the information on how to apply for a degree, the session calendar with deadlines and all the necessary forms.

All administrative paperwork is handled by the Student registry office.

A.Y. 2021/2022

Summer graduation session

  • Online application period 09/05/2022 - 09/06/2022
  • Deadline for registering examination marks and/or residual internships 20/06/2022
  • Deadline for thesis upload in ESSE3: 24/06/2022
  • Discussion period: 11/07/2022 - 15/07/2022

Early autumn graduation session

  • Online application period: 08/08/2022 - 09/09/2022
  • Deadline for registering examination marks and/or residual internships: 29/07/2022 (only the internship can be completed by 30/09/2022)
  • Deadline for uploading thesis in ESSE3: 12/10/2022
  • Discussion period: 24/10/2022 - 28/10/2022

Autumn graduation session

  • Online application period: 10/10/2022 - 11/11/2022
  • Deadline for registering examination marks and/or residual internships: 18/10/2022
  • Deadline for thesis upload in ESSE3: 25/11/2022
  • Discussion period: 12/12/2022 - 16/12/2022

Winter Graduation Session

  • Online application period: 16/01/2023 - 23/02/2023
  • Deadline for registering examination marks and/or residual internships: 10/03/2023
  • Deadline for thesis upload in ESSE3: 10/03/2023
  • Discussion period: 20/03/2023 - 31/03/2023

Application for graduation and forms

Submission of the application for graduation and thesis delivery is exclusively online.

Please read the instructions below carefully:

 

  • Instructions (MOD. A15/3/IND-UM) for humanities courses
  • Authorisation (MOD. A50) of the supervisor (in duplicate), filled in in every part and legibly, especially as regards the name of the supervisor and any rapporteur. N.B. form that can be filled in with Acrobat Reader, downloaded and using the "Fill in and sign" function
