Here you will find all the information on how to apply for graduation, the calendar of sessions with deadlines and all the necessary forms.
All administrative paperwork is handled by the Student registry office.

Application for graduation and forms

The application for graduation procedure is exclusively online and accessible from your personal Esse3 area. This procedure also involves, for students enrolled in Degree and Doctorate Courses, compulsory registration on the AlmaLaurea website and filling in the relevant questionnaire.

DEADLINE REQUIREMENTS:

  • the application for graduation must be completed online at least ONE MONTH before graduation;
  • the last exam must be transcribed at least 10 DAYS before graduation;
  • the thesis must be uploaded to ESSE3 at least 7 days before graduation.
