Learning objectives

AIM: acquire knowledge and practical skills to manage periodontal surgery at a basic level and refer to collegues the advanced cases.
The student at the end of the course should:
- have knowledge of periodontal surgery
- be competent at basic periodontal surgery

Dental Hygiene, Dental Materials, Periodontology (4th year)

The course offers a critical appraisal of the scientific basis and operative procedures aimed at periodontal surgical therapy.

5 MWF, palatal flaps
6 bone resective surgery

12 furcation involvement and endo-perio lesions
13 periosontal support therapy
