Procedure for applications for enrolment in years subsequent to the first year

Applications must be submitted, within the deadlines published on this webpage, exclusively by email to protocollo@unipr.it and protocollo@pec.unipr.it.

 
DOCUMENTATION TO BE SUBMITTED IN CASE OF TRANSFER APPLICATION (students coming from another university)

- Form. A/25 https://www.unipr.it/node/739, accompanied by: programme of study (indicating the individual course units

distributed by course year/semester and relevant ECTS credits);

- Mod. A/26 https://www.unipr.it/node/740, indicating the years of enrolment, examinations taken

attendance record, including internships

- Analytical course syllabuses of all course units taken (Syllabus)

- any elective teaching activities carried out

Students from foreign universities must enclose with their transfer application, in lieu of self-certification, the original certificates issued by the university of origin, accompanied by a legalised translation in Italian, and the analytical syllabuses of the examinations taken. Please note that, in the case of candidates from foreign universities, these universities must be accredited by the competent authority in the relevant country to a degree course of the same name.

DOCUMENTATION TO BE SUBMITTED IN CASE OF APPLICATION FOR COURSE TRANSFER (students coming from another degree course at the University of Parma)

- Form. A/9, https://www.unipr.it/node/737 accompanied by: programme of study (indicating the individual course units distributed by course year/semester and the relevant ECTS credits);

- analytical course syllabuses of all the course units followed (Syllabus)

- any Elective Teaching Activities carried out.

DOCUMENTATION TO BE SUBMITTED IN CASE OF APPLICATION FOR CREDIT RECOGNITION (students graduating from another degree course in Italy)

- Request on unstamped paper specifying the year of the course in which enrolment is requested

- Form. A/3 https://www.unipr.it/node/694, accompanied by: programme of study (indicating the individual course units

distributed by course year/semester and the relevant ECTS credits);

- analytical course syllabuses of all the course units followed (Syllabus)

- any Elective Teaching Activities carried out.

In addition to the above documents, each applicant must attach the "career recognition request"

table relating to the course year to which he/she is requesting a transfer.

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS OR APPLICATIONS LACKING THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. It should also be noted that candidates must arrange, at their own expense, for the withdrawal of the documentation submitted, four months after the date of publication of the results and, furthermore, six months after the same date, the University cannot be held responsible in any way for the documentation submitted by individual candidates.

The results of the submitted applications will be announced on the Degree Course website. For further information, the student should contact the lecturer. Notification of the results, in accordance with the above-mentioned procedure, is valid for all legal purposes, and no other communication will be made to the interested parties.
